Mid-Year Enrollment: While we prioritize full-year enrollment, mid-year starts are occasionally available based on space and availability.
Tuition Rates
Tuition rates depend on your child’s program and schedule. Payments can be made in full or divided into monthly installments, which you will select in FACTS at the time of enrollment.

To support our school’s financial health while serving families, CMS maintains the fee schedule summarized below. Most required fees are billed annually, with the exception of our one-time registration fee. All fees are non-refundable.

Financial Assistance
We believe in making Montessori education accessible. A portion of our annual budget is designated for need-based financial aid, covering up to 50% of annual tuition.
Financial Aid Notice
We received an unprecedented number of financial aid applications for the 2026–2027 academic year. While we are so happy to help as many families as possible, this historic demand means our financial aid fund has been completely used. We are unable to accept further applications or grant additional awards at this time. Thank you so much for your understanding and your dedication to our Montessori community.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the waitlist?
Waitlist times vary by age group and classroom availability. We review our waitlist continuously and will reach out as soon as a spot opens up for your desired start date.
Is the $75 application fee refundable?
The $75 application fee is non-refundable, as it covers the administrative cost of processing your application and maintaining your spot on our waitlist.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Yes. CMS provides financial aid up to 50% of tuition so we can support as many families as possible. Applications are processed through FACTS. Families who believe they qualify should apply as early as possible in the spring for the upcoming school year.
Do I have to tour before enrolling?
Yes. While you can join our waitlist prior to visiting, a tour is required before an offer of enrollment can be made. Touring ensures that you have seen our classrooms, met with our Head of School, and felt the culture of our school—helping both of us confirm that CMS is the right fit for your family before enrolling. When a spot opens, offers are made to the next family on the waitlist who has completed a tour.
What happens once I'm offered a spot?
We’ll send you a formal enrollment packet. Once completed along with your deposit/registration fee, your child's start date is officially locked in!
How will I know when a space becomes available?
When a spot opens in your child’s age group, we will reach out directly via email. Families have a 10-day window from the date of notification to accept the opening.
