A day in Summer Session
Sunny mornings are spent mostly outdoors — in the garden, at the water table, and under the apple trees. Indoors, favorite practical-life and art materials stay out for quiet, unhurried work.
The pace is gentle and the days are joyful, keeping the Montessori rhythm alive through the summer.

Summer Session is a wonderful first taste of CMS for visiting families and a joyful continuation for current ones — the same prepared environment and caring guides, at a relaxed summer tempo.
Bridging summer, the Montessori way
Corvallis Montessori’s annual tuition covers the academic year from September through June, following the Corvallis School District calendar. While summer programming is offered separately, sessions are designed to bridge gaps in care within a developmentally appropriate Montessori environment.
We typically provide 5–6 weeks of summer sessions; however, availability and scheduling may vary annually. This allows us to balance seasonal programming with essential facility updates and classroom maintenance that must occur while school is not in session.
