Lead GuidesWe are not actively hiring for Lead Guide positions at this time. However, life brings unexpected changes, and we continuously collect applications for future openings. When a position becomes available, our talent pool is the very first place we look. We encourage qualified guides to submit their resume so we can reach out when the right opportunity arises.
Support Staff & AssistantsWe are currently seeking dedicated support staff to join our team, specifically for our Aftercare Program (late afternoon hours). Our support staff and assistant roles are vital to maintaining a serene, stable environment for our students. Because consistency is so crucial for young children and for our daily scheduling, we strongly prioritize applicants with consistent, 5-day-a-week availability. While we can sometimes offer part-time hours, being present Monday through Friday creates the predictability our students need to thrive, so please keep this in mind when applying.
